    For out of Zion shall the Law go forth
    And the word of Hashem from Jerusalem.

3. To-raht e-met na-tan l’-a-mo Eil. Al yad n’vee-o ne-e-mahn bay-toh.
    Lo ya-cha-leef ha-el v’lo ya-mir da-toh
    L’o-la-mim (2) l’zu-la-toh.

   The law of Hashem, G-d gave unto His people by the hand
   of His prophet who was ever faithful.

4. Yi yi yi Yis-ra-el yi Yis-ra-el v’o-rai-ta chad Hu (2) To-rah o-ra To-rah o-ra ha-le-lu-yah (4) Yi yi yi Yis-ra-el yi Yis-ra-el v’ku-de-sha b’rich Hu chad Hu (2) To-rah o-ra To-rah o-ra ha-le-lu-yah (4)

Israel and the Torah are as one. Israel acknowledges the Holy One.
The Torah is our inspiration, praised be HaShem.

5. To-rah tsi-vah la-nu Mo-sheh Mo-rah-sha k’hi-laht Ya-ah-kov

Moses commanded us the Law, as an inheritance of the community of Jacob.

6. Lo yi-sah goi el goi che-rev Lo yil-m’-du od mil-cha-ma.

Nation shall not lift up sword against nation
Neither shall mankind learn war any more.


7. V’ha-er ei-ne-nu b’ Toh-rah-te-cha V’da-beick li-bei-nu b’mits-vo-te-cha V’-ya-cheid l’-va-vei-nu l’-ah-ha-va ul’-yir-ah et sh’meh-cha V’-lo nei-vosh l’-o-lam va-ed V’-lo nei-vosh l’-o-lam va-ed.

Enlighten our eyes in Your Torah. Attach our heart to Your commandments.
Unite our heart to love and revere Your name so that we may never be put to shame.

8. U’-shav-tem ma-yim b’-sa-son )
Mi-mai-nei ha-y’-shu-ah ) (2) Ma-yim (4) hoi ma-yim b’-sa-son (2) Hay(4) ma-yim(6) b’-sa-son.

Joyfully shall you draw up the fountains of deliverance.

9. Am Yisrael chai. Od Avinu chai.

The people Israel lives. Our father lives!

Praise HaShem who created us for His glory, giving us the Torah and thus
eternal life.

V’-toem’-che-ha m’-oo-shar
D’-ra-che-ha dar-chey no-am
V’-chol n’ -tee-vo-teh-ha sha-lom .
Ha-shee-vei-nu A-do-nai Ei-le-cha v’-na -shu -vah Cha -desh cha -desh ya- mei- nu, cha- desh ya-mei-nu k’- ke-dem.

It is a tree of life to those who make hold of it
Happy are they who support it
Its ways are ways of pleasantness
And all its paths are peace
Turn us Hashem to You
Renew our days as of old.


12. O-seh sha-lom bim-ro-mav Hu ya-a-seh sha-lom ah-lei-nu
v’-al kol Yis-ra-el v’-im-ru (2) ah-mein
Ya-a-seh sha-lom (2) sha-lom a-lei-nu v-’al kol Yis-ra-el (2)

May He who makes peace in the High Places
make peace for Israel and all mankind and let us say Amein.
